You will receive a copy of your statement / invoice directly through email. If you have any issues you can contact us via your portal.

What should I do if I want to query an outstanding balance?

If you have any questions or do not agree with an outstanding balance, please contact us as soon as possible. You can send us a message through your portal or email us at [email protected].

When is my rent due?

Your rent is due on the same date each month, starting from the day you move in and recurring on a monthly basis.

What is a court order?

During a possession hearing, a judge may issue a court order requiring you to make payments to TGS to clear your rent arrears. Failure to comply with this order could result in eviction from your property.

What is a stay hearing?

If you are given an eviction date, you can apply to the County Court to have the eviction cancelled or suspended.

The court will then arrange a hearing, known as a ‘stay hearing,’ which usually takes place before the scheduled eviction date.

What is a suspended warrant?

If you are issued an eviction date, you can apply to the County Court to have the eviction suspended by proposing new payment terms.

This process is often referred to as a ‘stay.’ If the judge approves your application, it will result in a ‘suspended warrant’ order.
